Layers of dark, white, and milk chocolate are adorned with mini marshmallows and graham crackers for a delicious twist on the classic s'mores flavor. Ingredients: 12 ounces 340g dark chocolate chips. 6 ounces 170g white chocolate chips. 6 ounces 170g milk chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chunks for extra chocolate goodness.
Instructions: Put parchment paper on one baking sheet and set it aside. In a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth. Using a spatula, evenly spread the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Over the dark chocolate, distribute half of the mini marshmallows and half of the crushed graham crackers. For about fifteen to twenty minutes, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to set. Use the same method as for the dark chocolate chips to melt the white chocolate chips. Take the baking sheet out of the fridge, then pour the melted white chocolate over the layer of dark chocolate that has set. Over the white chocolate layer, scatter the remaining graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and milk chocolate chunks. For a further fifteen to twenty minutes, place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator to set. For the third layer of chocolatey goodness, melt the milk chocolate chips and pour them over the entire bark. The bark should be refrigerated for approximately an hour or until it solidifies completely. After it has hardened, use a knife or your hands to break the bark into small pieces.
