First Class: I taught for my Nidan requirements. We warmed up with some stretching then 3x each kick. Then Kata. Worked up to Taigo 3, then broke off and worked back to back katas for the rest of class to get some kata-cardio going.
Second Class: Worked Sai strikes and Sai 1 then Chinto for the remainder of class time.
500 + 501
First Class: Worked basic Kata, then lead Empi practice with Brown Belts.
Second Class: Ran through Chinto, then drilled Basics for a good 10:00, then drilled back through Chinto twice.

1 Hour Working Chinto at Workhorse
488 + 489
First Class: Taigo 1, 2, 3 & Pinan 1. Then Naihanchin for 40 minutes. Good review, which I needed.
Second Class: Chinto. Finished the Kata tonight. Hopefully I can remember it well enough to practice properly and get it squared away this month...
486 + 487
First class; 2x each basic kick. Then paired off and worked Seisan for most of class.
Second class; Taigo 1, 2 & 3 to warm up. Then further on Chinto.
