Juicy chicken breasts cooked to perfection and served with a rich and creamy basil-infused sauce.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes per side to cook chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook for about one minute, until it smells good. Adding chicken broth and scraping the pan's bottom to get rid of any browned bits is important. Bring to a low boil, then let it cook down for five minutes. Heavy cream and Parmesan cheese should be added and mixed in until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Put the chicken back in the pan and add the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Add the chopped basil leaves right before you serve. Put chicken on a plate and top it with basil cream sauce.
