honey I’m home || matt sturniolo
tw: nsfw content. oral (f recieving).unprotected sex. creampie.
a/n: i feel like I’m very not good in this guys but enjoy.
I closed the door quietly behind me and leaned against it for a moment, letting the silence of the house settle around me. My bag and purse slid from my shoulders and landed softly on the counter in the hallway.
Home.
I padded down the hall to the downstairs bathroom and washed my hands, staring at my reflection in the mirror. My eyes were heavy, my hair a tangled mess from hours of travel.
I was exhausted.
I was supposed to be home four hours ago, but my flight had been delayed, followed by an unexpected layover—I felt like it was still clinging to my skin.
All I wanted was to crawl into bed.
It was almost three in the morning. I had told Matt not to wait up for me, but a small part of me still hoped he had.
I still felt grimy from the plane, so I peeled off my clothes and stepped into the shower. The hot water poured over me instantly, and I let out a quiet sigh, tilting my head back as it soaked through my hair.
God, that felt better.
I washed quickly—hair, body, rinsing away the lingering feeling of travel—then stepped out and wrapped a towel around myself.
Even half-asleep, I couldn’t leave things messy. I gathered my dirty clothes and carried my suitcase quietly into the laundry room, setting everything aside for the morning.
That had been my first work trip since before I was pregnant.
It had gone well—better than I expected. All my projects had been approved, the meetings in New York had been productive, and for a moment it had almost felt like slipping back into my old routine.
But the whole time, I had missed them.
Missed Matt.
Missed Noa.
The house was dark and peaceful as I crept upstairs. I paused outside Noa’s room and slowly pushed the door open just enough to peek inside.
She was curled beneath her blanket, one tiny hand tucked under her cheek, breathing softly in the dim glow of the nightlight.
My chest tightened instantly.
I blew her a silent kiss. “Goodnight, baby,” I whispered before gently closing the door again.
Then I walked down the hall to our bedroom.
The door creaked just slightly as I pushed it open.
Matt was asleep on his stomach, one arm wrapped tightly around my pillow like it had taken my place while I was gone. His hair was messy, his face half-buried in the sheets.
I couldn’t help but smile.
I dropped my towel quietly into the hamper and slipped into bed beside him, careful not to wake him.
But the moment I settled in, instinct took over. I curled against his warm back, pressing close and breathing him in—the familiar scent of him grounding me instantly.
He stirred.
A sleepy murmur slipped from him as he shifted, then his eyes slowly opened. For a moment he just looked at me, like he was still half-dreaming, making sure I was really there.
Then that lazy, familiar smile spread across his face.
He didn’t say anything at first. He just reached for me, pulling me into his arms like he’d been waiting all night to do exactly that.
His lips brushed my cheek.
Then my forehead.
My nose.
Finally, my mouth.
The kiss was slow, warm, and soft with sleep, but it carried days of missing each other.
“I missed you so much,” he murmured, his voice rough as he buried his face in my neck.
My heart melted.
“I missed you too,” I whispered, pressing a kiss into his hair.
His arms tightened around me, as if he didn’t plan on letting go again anytime soon.
He hovered over me, his warm breath trailing kisses down my neck, across my breasts, and lower still, until he vanished beneath the heated covers of our bed.
"Matt," I moaned softly as he nudged my thighs apart. No teasing tonight—he dove right in, his tongue dragging flat, deliberate strokes along my pussy.
I shoved the comforter aside, exposing us to the cool air, and threaded my fingers through his tousled brown curls, guiding him closer. His mouth worked pure magic between my legs, unraveling the knots of stress I'd carried all week, leaving me floating in a haze of pleasure.
"Matt... please... I—" Words were stuck in my throat as ecstasy built.
He devoured me hungrily, sucking on my clit before plunging two fingers deep into my soaked core, curling them just right. It overwhelmed me—too intense. My body shattered moments later, back bowing off the mattress, eyes fluttering shut as waves of orgasm crashed through me. I clutched his hair like a lifeline, trembling in release.
"So sweet," he murmured with a wicked smirk crawling back up my body, his lips glistening.
He captured my mouth in a deep kiss, sharing the tangy taste of my arousal on his tongue. His hard cock pressed insistently against my thigh, hot and throbbing, erasing every other thought from my mind. I needed him inside me so bad.
"Please," I begged, hips shifting restlessly.
"Baby, you never have to beg," he growled, positioning himself at my entrance. In one fluid thrust, he sank deep, stretching my pussy around his thick length.
I exhaled sharply, a breath I hadn't realized I was holding, my nails raking down his back in red trails. He started slow, rolling his hips just right until I was whimpering. But once he hit that perfect angle, mercy vanished—he pounded into me with raw power, each snap of his hips driving me higher.
I was a panting wreck beneath him, his hands roaming my skin, lips nipping at my collarbone, my breasts. Filthy moans spilled from my lips, and he drank them in, eyes dark with hunger. His palm tapped my hip—a silent signal we both knew.
I helped him roll me onto my stomach, and he tucked a pillow under my hips.”
Fuck," I gasped as he thrust back in from behind, the new depth sending sparks exploding through my core.
This position was divine, his cock hitting spots that made my toes curl. He hauled me upright, my back flush against his sweat-damp chest, one arm banding around my waist. His fingers found where we connected, rubbing firm circles over my swollen clit.
"Too much," I whimpered, reaching to push his hand away, oversensitive and shaking.
"You can take it," he rasped.
I arched into him. I was barely on this world anymore.
"Come for me," he commanded, breath hot against my ear.
My eyes squeezed shut, body going limp in his hold as the second climax ripped through me, clenching around him.
It pulled him under too—his groans vibrating against my skin as he buried himself deep.
We rode the high together.
We lay tangled in our bed, both too spent and sleepy to move. The sheets were twisted around our legs, the room dim and quiet except for our slow breathing. He absentmindedly played with my hair, gently running his fingers through the strands as I tried to keep my eyes open, fighting the pull of sleep.
“Let’s clean you up, baby,” he murmured softly. “You need to pee, and then we can go back to sleep.”
He sat up and reached for me, helping me to my feet. His hands settled on my hips to steady me as I stood, a small smile tugging at his lips.
“You okay?” he asked, his thumbs brushing lightly against my sides.
“Yes,” I whispered, leaning into him, resting my forehead against his chest. “I just missed you a lot… that was perfect.”
He let out a quiet giggle, the sound warm and soft in the still room. Knowing I wasn’t about to walk anywhere in my sleepy state, he slipped an arm under my legs and lifted me easily.
“I love you,” he said.
I smiled against his neck, my arms loosely around his shoulders, letting myself relax completely in his hold.

where reader posts something of dad!matt she did not want to post publicly
I was lying in bed after a quick shower, the sheets still a little cool against my skin. It was pretty late, and Matt was already out cold next to me. Even though he had completely exhausted me after our little romantic encounter earlier, I still couldn’t fall asleep.
So, obviously, I grabbed my phone because I did not want to wake him up with light and my book.
I was mindlessly scrolling through TikTok when a video popped up. The audio was that Anaconda: “pu**y put his ass to sleep, now he calling me NyQuil, and girls were showing their boyfriends completely knocked out next to them.
I snorted quietly, covering my mouth so I wouldn’t wake him. “Perfect,” I whispered to myself.
I quickly fixed my hair, fluffing it a little and angling my phone just right. I started lip-syncing, trying not to laugh halfway through, and then slowly turned the camera to Matt at the end — fully passed out, face buried in the pillow.
I bit my lip to keep from laughing.
I didn’t want to post it publicly, though — just for my close friends on Instagram. So I uploaded it to TikTok, planning to save it and post it privately.
Except… I didn’t.
I had no idea I had just posted it for everyone to see.
Completely unaware, I set my phone down on the nightstand, turned toward Matt, and snuggled into his side, resting my head on his chest. His arm instinctively moved around me, even in his sleep.
“Goodnight,” I whispered softly, closing my eyes.
I woke up the next morning to tiny fingers aggressively poking at my face.
“Mm—Noa,” I laughed, squinting as I caught her little hand mid-attack and pressed a kiss to it. I slowly opened my eyes.
“Good morning,” I smiled.
She giggled and immediately climbed on top of me, snuggling into my chest like she hadn’t seen me in years.
“Hi, mama,” she said sweetly.
My heart melted instantly. “Hi, baby.”
I glanced up just as Matt sat down on the edge of the bed, running a hand through his messy hair. Something about his expression felt… off.
“Saw your little TikTok that you made,” he said.
My stomach dropped.
“It was just a joke—” I started quickly, pushing myself up a bit.
“Oh, I know,” he cut in, raising an eyebrow. “And so do the 300k people who already saw it.”
My eyes went wide. “No way,” I gasped.
I scrambled for my phone so fast I nearly knocked it off the nightstand. Notifications were flooding the screen.
“Oh my God… oh my God,” I muttered, opening TikTok and immediately setting the video to private. “Matt, I’m so sorry, I don’t even know how that happened!”
He stared at me for a second… and then laughed.
“I don’t care,” he said, shaking his head. “It’s not like it wasn’t true.”
I groaned, dropping my face into my hands. “Matt!”
He just grinned and leaned back onto the bed, pulling me down with him and pressing a quick kiss to my cheek.
“Besides,” he added, eyes sparkling, “I already got my revenge.”
I froze. “…Matt.”
He winked.
“Matt,” I whined, grabbing my phone again.
Meanwhile, Noa climbed off me and over to him. He handed her a milk bottle he must’ve prepared earlier, and she happily plopped down between us, sipping it like nothing was happening.
I opened Instagram… and there it was.
Matt’s story.
A picture of me from that morning — tangled in the sheets, my bare back showing slightly. The caption read: “well she’s not better than me guys.”
I slowly turned my head to look at him.
“I don’t know if your fans can handle that,” I said, trying not to laugh.
“They’re eating it up,” he replied. “Besides, we literally have a whole ass child. They know we do the dirty.”
I immediately covered my face. “Oh my God, stop talking.”
He laughed.
“We’re so stupid for this,” I said, shaking my head. “We literally never post about us, and then suddenly—boom.”
“Oops,” he said with a shrug, pulling the blanket over us a little more and smiling.

stuck in a car but make it some clips with dad!matt and what I think he would say about Noa in the video
“So finally, you were like the most requested guest on this series,” Tara said, first looking at the camera and then turning toward Matt.
“That feels awesome,” Matt laughed, rubbing the back of his neck a little.
“Well, you were pretty busy when I started this series,” she continued. “Because when I did those videos with your brothers, you literally had a newborn,” she added with a laugh.
“That was the main highlight of the past year for me—still is,” Matt said, smiling without hesitation. “But I’m really glad we’re finally doing this.”
“Alright,” Tara said, reaching and pulling out a few things wrapped in colorful paper. “I like to start by giving you a few little gifts.”
“Are you dead serious?” Matt asked as she handed him the first one. “Okay…”
He shook it gently. It was definitely a bottle of some kind of liquid. When he opened it, he laughed as it revealed a bottle of apple juice.
“Because I’ve heard you’re on your apple juice kick,” Tara said.
“Not only that—I think I’ve been on one since I was, like, eight,” Matt laughed. “I’m trying to make Noa love it too, but I only put a tiny bit in her water because she’s not really allowed sugar yet.”
“Aww, that’s so cute,” Tara smiled. “Okay, open this one.”
She handed him another wrapped gift. Matt tore the paper carefully and revealed two Jellycats—a tiny peanut and two slightly bigger ones.
“It’s Jellycats!” Matt said, lighting up as he held them up to the camera.
“Because I know you guys call Noa ‘peanut’ all the time,” Tara explained.
“That is so cute. I love it and Noa and y/n will too” Matt said softly, still smiling as he looked at them.
~
“The next thing I like to do is a little word association game,” Tara said. “I’ll say a word, and you say the first thing that comes to mind.”
Matt nodded. “Alright.”
“Text.”
“Y/N,” he answered immediately.
“I mean, I honestly mostly text her,” he added with a laugh.
“Party.”
“Jeez… Cocomelon,” Matt said, dropping his head into his hands as he laughed. “We have full-on parties to Cocomelon.”
“Because even if you wanted to escape it, you can’t,” he added. “Kids just love that stuff.”
“Secrets.”
“Noa,” he said, his tone softening. “That was a big secret for a long time.”
“I remember how hard it was not to tell anyone when I found out,” Tara said.
“Sleep.”
“Not existing,” Matt laughed instantly.
“Date.”
“Movies,” he said, smiling at the thought.
~
“So what are your New Year’s resolutions?” Tara asked.
“Honestly,” Matt said, “just keeping Noa safe and happy. And hopefully going on a nice first family vacation.”
“I already know your life has changed a lot,” Tara said. “But if you had to name three things that changed the most, what would they be?”
Matt thought for a moment.
“Well, perspective changed the most,” he said. “You stop living life just for yourself. You have a family now, and they come first—always.”
He continued, “I also never thought I’d be able to love someone more than I love my brothers. It’s a different kind of love, but it’s really special.”
“And,” he added with a grin, “the ridiculously huge pregnancy pillow that is apparently staying in our bed forever.”
Tara laughed. “Wow, Matt, you’re such a dad now.”
“Right?” he laughed back. “I know. And honestly, I don’t mind at all. I think I’m a pretty cool dad.”
does noa like when matt has a beard ? or does she like cuddling against him without it hehe
“Dada?” Noa climbed onto Matt’s lap, leaning in to give him a kiss on the cheek. But the second her face brushed against his stubble, she scrunched her nose, made a funny face, and sneezed, immediately reaching up to scratch her cheek.
“Awy,” she whined, clearly offended by his facial hair. Matt laughed, pulling her into a hug.
“Oh no way… does Dada need to shave?” he teased.
“You and Mama need to come to an agreement on this one.”
Noa just stared at him with wide, serious eyes, like she had already made her decision.
“Oh, right—you win,” he sighed dramatically.
Later that day, he went out to film and came back home with Nick and Chris… completely clean-shaven.
“Nooo—what?” I laughed, wrapping my arms around him and pressing a kiss to his now-soft cheek. “You actually did it?”
“I’m sorry, but our daughter didn’t like it,” he said, shrugging like he had no choice.
“Of course she didn’t,” I rolled my eyes playfully before smiling at Nick and Chris. “Hi, boys.”
“Where is she?” Nick asked.
“In the playroom,” I said, and we all headed over.
“Dada!” Noa called excitedly—then suddenly froze mid-step. She looked between Nick, Chris, and Matt, her little face scrunching in confusion. Without Matt’s beard, they looked just a little too similar. That had always been his concern—that one day she wouldn’t be able to tell them apart.
Noa pointed confidently. “Chris,” she said, looking straight at him. Chris laughed, clearly pleased.
Then she ran over to Nick, wrapped her arms around his knees, and looked up at him. “Aww, not Dada,” she giggled.
Finally, she turned and ran straight to Matt, throwing her arms around him. I couldn’t help but laugh.
“Thank you for the verification, Noa,” Nick said, shaking his head with a grin.

trouble in paradise | matt sturniolo
where mom!reader lost it a little bit but matt is there to comfort her also everyone wanted angst but I feel like I can’t do it lol
I got my first real period since getting pregnant, and let me tell you, I did not handle this very well. I'd had spotting before and stuff, but this was the real deal. I woke up with cramps I hadn't felt since childbirth.
I was alone with Noa because Matt had gone on a boys' trip with his brothers and Oliver, and I literally felt like I couldn't do it. Luckily, today was the last day of his trip, so I knew he'd be home around 2 p.m.
I took some meds, and Noa and I had breakfast on the couch, but then she decided to spill it everywhere and make a whole drama out of it. So I was cleaning the carpet while she sat next to me crying.
"Noa, please," I said, putting everything away.
My head was pounding by the time lunch rolled around, and I kept thinking that nothing was helping. I felt like Noa didn't like my mood at all, even though I tried to hide that I was in pain.
When I went to the bathroom with her, I also had to explain what I was doing with a tampon, and she just kept trying to shove it up her nose, so I had to be really quick in there.
Even the cat seemed to know I was in bad shape because I didn't even see him all day.
I was hoping she'd go down for her nap so I could nap too, but she was crying and having a really hard time falling asleep. I knew part of it was my bad mood, and the other part was that she really missed Matt. This was the longest they'd ever been apart.
Just as I was about to give up on getting her to nap, I heard the front door downstairs open and close. Noa heard it too, so she immediately stood up in her crib, looking at me and then toward the door.
"Daddy?" she squealed.
When Matt walked into the room, her fussy little voice disappeared instantly. She smiled and reached her arms out for him.
"Hi, girls... what's going on in here? Someone should be asleep by now," Matt said as he picked her up and kissed the top of her head when she snuggled into him.
"Mama bad," she mumbled under her breath.
I don't know what happened, but I just lost it.
Tears came out of nowhere. I stood up, looked at both of them, and walked out of the room before loudly shutting our bedroom door behind me.
A few minutes passed while I lay curled up in bed before I heard Matt come into the room.
"She's asleep. What's wrong?" he asked, sitting beside me.
I moved away. I didn't even know why, so he slowly pulled his arm back instead of trying to hug me.
I sat up, looked at him, wiped my eyes, and honestly didn't know where any of this was coming from.
"'Mama bad?' Like I didn't just spend the whole day dealing with her tantrums and doing everything I could to make her happy! Literally, for the past two years, I've done nothing but be a mom, and I'm bad? You're gone all day, and then all you have to do is show up and she's fine! I feel like I'm the worst human being right now!" I ranted through tears.
Matt looked completely surprised. I think I was too. I almost never yelled like this.
"Hey... hey, babe." He gently placed his hands on my shoulders.
"Honey, calm down..." He moved closer and wrapped his arms around me, and this time I let him.
All I could do was sob into his chest while he sat there holding me. Part of me almost wanted him to yell at me. I knew he was probably worried, especially because we both knew what I'd gone through after I had Noa.
"Y/N, what's wrong? What's going on?" he asked, pulling back just enough to look at my face.
"I got my period," I whispered.
"I can't control any of this," I added.
He sighed softly.
"Oh, sweetheart... I'm so sorry. I wish I'd been here earlier to help you while you were hurting," he said, wiping my cheeks with his thumbs.
"What do you need?" he asked.
"Just... a nap, some Advil... and a hug," I said quietly.
He immediately wrapped his arms around me again and kissed the top of my head.
"Shh... let me shower after the flight, and you've got all of that," he said.
"I'm sorry... I didn't even say hello to you. How was your flight?" I asked.
He laughed softly, rubbing my back.
"It's okay. It was good, nothing crazy, but I'm really glad I'm home now," he said.
"Me too," I whispered.
"So... did you know it was coming?" he asked.
"No... it just came, and I wasn't ready. I had to DoorDash pads and tampons. I'd also forgotten what it was like because before I got pregnant, I had an IUD."
He ran a hand through my hair and nodded.
"I'm sorry. I really am. And honey, you're the best mom in the whole world. If you ever feel like you've had to give up too much, we can send Noa to daycare. You know that. You can go back to work full-time if that's what you want. Anything you want, honestly. But please don't ever say you're a bad mom again. She's just a toddler, baby. She probably just missed me, and she didn't know any better."
"I know, Matt... I just... I really couldn't control what I was saying. I'm sorry," I whispered.
"Don't apologize. Really. Let's talk about all of this tomorrow, okay? Right now, let's just make you feel better first. I'll go take a shower, and then I'm all yours." He kissed my cheek, and I nodded.
I hate hormones.
But I love that Matt can always make everything better.
Hii angel!! I dont know if your doing requests right now but if you are could you maybe do a fic were Nick and Chris babysit noa for a day? 🤍
dad for a day || chris and nick sturniolo
where uncle Chris and Nick are taking care of Noa while mom!reader and dad!matt are gone
Noa sat in her high chair kicking her tiny sock-covered feet against the wood.
“Alright, do we have everything?” Chris asked dramatically while looking around the kitchen like they were preparing for a week-long expedition instead of a beach day with a toddler.
The diaper bag was already overflowing with wipes, snacks, extra clothes, toys, sunscreen, tiny sunglasses Noa refused to wear, and three different stuffed animals she insisted she needed.
Noa pointed seriously at the table where her water bottle was.
“Uncle Chris…”
Chris gasped.
“Oh my God. We almost failed as babysitters.”
She giggled immediately while he grabbed the water bottle and stuffed it into the side pocket of the diaper bag.
Matt had dropped her off earlier that morning before leaving for a relaxing weekend away with y/n before Mother’s Day. Chris and Nick were meeting them on Sunday, but for now they had full responsibility over a very energetic toddler.
“Alright, little lady,” Nick announced while walking into the kitchen holding sunscreen. “Beach preparation time.”
“Nooooo.” Noa instantly covered her face with both hands.
Chris had to turn away to hide his laugh.
Noa had officially entered her dramatic era. It was not so easy to take care of her now.
“C’mon,” Nick said softly, kneeling in front of her chair. “You do a good job and maybe there’s ice cream later.”
One eye peeked through her fingers.
“y/n will kill us" Chris said and Nick made a "shh" sound.
Noa slowly lowered her hands while Nick rubbed sunscreen onto her cheeks and nose. She made the most offended little face the entire time, lips pushed out dramatically.
“No like it,” she grumbled.
“I know, baby.” Nick said.
When they finally got to the beach, the ocean breeze was cool and salty. Noa immediately ran toward the sand with pure toddler excitement before Chris caught the hood of her sweatshirt.
“Absolutely not,” he said. “Tiny humans stay where adults can see them.”
She laughed and grabbed his hand instead.
The beach wasn’t crowded, mostly locals walking dogs or surfers sitting by the water. Noa waddled between Chris and Nick collecting shells with intense concentration.
“Oooo…” she whispered every single time she found one.
At one point she picked up the tiniest shell imaginable and proudly handed it to Nick like it was real treasure.
“For Uncle Nicki.”
"Thank you Noa, it is as big as you" He laughed.
A little later Chris showed her how to skip rocks.
“Watch this,” he said before throwing one across the water.
The rock bounced four times. Noa’s jaw dropped.
“Again!” she yelled instantly, clapping her little hands.
Chris spent the next ten minutes skipping rocks purely for her entertainment while she cheered every single throw like he was competing in the Olympics. Then she tried herself. The rock flew directly behind her. Nick burst out laughing so hard he almost tripped.
“Noa!” Chris giggled.
“Wrong ocean direction, baby.”
She laughed harder than both of them combined.
Eventually Chris crouched behind her, helping her hold the rock properly in her tiny hand.
“Okay, now like this…”
Together they threw one that actually bounced once. Noa screamed excitedly.
“You did it!” he smiled, kissing the top of her messy curls.
Nick watched them quietly for a second before smiling softly.
“I never want her to grow up enough to hate us.”
Chris snorted. “She’ll never hate us. We’re the cool uncles.”
“We literally let her watch TV and eat chocolate.”
“Exactly.”
After the beach they stopped at a tiny café for lunch. Noa sat between them in the booth wearing Chris’s sunglasses crooked across her tiny face while dipping grilled cheese into tomato soup until it became completely soaked.
At one point she accidentally dropped the sandwich directly into the soup, splashing tomato soup onto Chris’s hoodie.
There was silence.
Then Noa whispered, “Oopsie.”
By the time they got back to the car she was exhausted, cheeks pink from the wind and sun. Chris buckled her into her car seat while she held onto his finger sleepily.
“You sleepy, peanut?”
“No…” she mumbled while already half asleep.
She was completely out within five minutes.
Nick carefully carried her inside once they got home, holding her against his chest while her tiny arms stayed wrapped around his neck even in her sleep.
“She drooled on you,” Chris whispered.
While she napped, they did some work.
The rest of the afternoon was spent building block towers only for Noa to destroy them instantly, reading the same picture book four times in a row, and coloring together on a giant piece of paper taped to the floor.
Noa somehow ended up with marker on her cheeks, her legs, Chris’s sweatpants, and the couch.
“How did you even do that?” Chris laughed.
Chris eventually taped the finished drawing onto the wall.
“There,” he announced proudly. “Modern art.”
Noa clapped for herself proudly.
But by evening she was getting overtired.
She barely touched dinner before rubbing her eyes and whining. By bath time she was fully emotional.
“I want dada!” she cried while Chris carefully washed shampoo out of her curls.
“I know, baby,” he soothed softly. “You’ll see dada soon, okay?”
“Mama too!” she cried louder, splashing water everywhere.
“And mama too.”
She was exhausted enough that every tiny thing upset her. Chris finally wrapped her in a towel and carried her out while she cried into his shoulder.
Nick walked into the room just as Chris was trying to wrestle pajamas onto a flailing toddler.
“What’s happening in here?”
“War,” Chris answered immediately.
Somehow between both of them they got her dressed, though Noa protested the entire time dramatically.
Eventually Chris sat in the rocking chair holding her against his chest while Nick crouched beside them making ridiculous faces.
Noa finally let out a tiny laugh between sniffles.
“There she is,” Nick smiled softly.
A few minutes later they all sat together on the couch under a blanket.
“Okay,” Nick whispered seriously to her. “This is a secret sleepover movie.”
He turned on Cars.
“Cars!” Noa gasped instantly.
Nick went to warm up her milk while Chris held her close against his chest. She was still clingy from being tired, tiny fingers curled into the fabric of his hoodie.
When Nick came back, he took her gently and settled her against him with her bottle.
Within minutes her blinking slowed.
Her tiny hand rested against Nick’s arm while the movie played quietly in the background.
Then Nick fell asleep too.
Chris looked over and immediately laughed quietly.
Noa was asleep against Nick’s chest with milk still in her little hands while Nick’s head leaned awkwardly against the couch cushion.
Chris took a picture immediately and sent it to the group chat before gently lifting Noa into his arms.
She stirred sleepily, resting her head against his shoulder.
“Shhh,” he whispered softly, kissing the top of her head.
“Time for bed, peanut.”
By the time he tucked her in upstairs, she was already fully asleep again.
wedding || matt sturniolo
when dad!matt and mom!reader attended a wedding with Noa few months back
“Do you think this looks good in my hair? Or should I just leave it down?” I asked, turning slightly so Matt could see the back.
My makeup was already done, and I was still wrapped in a towel—I refused to risk getting foundation on my dress. The last thing I needed was a panic attack before the wedding even started.
Matt was standing by the bed in his suit, burping Noa gently over his shoulder. He had fed her just a few minutes earlier, and she was making those tiny satisfied baby noises that made my ovaries explode.
“I think it looks really cute,” he said, giving me a soft smile. “And it matches your bag.”
“Be careful,” I warned, walking over to adjust the burp cloth on his shoulder. “You don’t want her to spit up on your suit.”
“Yes, ma’am,” he teased. “Should I get her ready now? I packed the diaper bag with the change of clothes, extra diapers, wipes, her pacifier—everything you told me to.”
I smiled, proud.
“Yes, please get her dressed. I’m going to put mine on too. I hope we’re not running late.”
“Relax,” he said calmly. “We’re taking a separate car anyway, just in case we need to come back early with Noa. No rush.”
He was already completely ready, and honestly… unfairly handsome. His suit fit him perfectly, his hair still slightly damp from the shower.
We were staying at his parents’ house with the rest of the family since the wedding was for one of his cousins, so the house had been chaos all morning. Somehow, though, our room felt quiet and soft in that moment.
I let the towel drop and walked over to where my dress was hanging on the closet door. I already had my Skims on, so I carefully stepped into the floral dress. Noa and I were matching—soft pastel florals with delicate details. I thought it would be the cutest thing ever.
“Aww,” Matt said from behind me. “Look at my girls. Both beautiful.”
I turned and saw that he had dressed Noa in her tiny matching dress—and even added a little bow in her hair. My heart melted on the spot.
“Zip it for me?” I asked, sweeping my hair to one side.
He stepped closer, carefully pulling the zipper up, his fingers brushing lightly against my back. “You look amazing,” he murmured near my ear.
I smiled at him in the mirror.

The ceremony was beautiful—soft music, flowers everywhere, golden light pouring in through the windows. And miraculously, Noa slept through the entire thing in her stroller. Not a single fuss.
“Are you crying?” I whispered when I noticed Matt discreetly wiping at his eyes.
“Nah,” he said quickly, refusing to look at me.
I tried not to laugh.
The vows were heartfelt and sweet, and I felt my own eyes sting as the couple promised forever to each other.
“Oh, baby…” I whispered, sliding my hand into Matt’s.
He kissed the top of my head and squeezed my fingers.
The reception venue was stunning—twinkling lights, elegant table settings, soft music filling the air. It was completely my vibe. I dragged Nick around for what felt like a hundred pictures. We even stepped outside so he could take a few in the sunset light.
When I came back inside, our table was missing two very important people.
“Do you guys know where Matt is?” I asked Chris and Justin while touching up my lipstick.
Chris smiled knowingly and nodded toward the dance floor. “Over there.”
Justin laughed. “I don’t know if you’re ready for this level of cheeseball.”
I turned—and my heart basically exploded.
Matt was slow dancing with Noa resting against his shoulder. He was swaying gently to the music, one hand supporting her tiny back. She was half-awake, her little hand gripping his suit jacket.
All the aunts were standing nearby, completely captivated.
“Aww…” I whispered, setting my bag down before walking toward them.
“Hello there,” I said softly, kissing his cheek and then Noa’s head.
“Well look who decided to join our party, peanut,” Matt said to Noa. “This beautiful young lady.”
He wrapped his free arm around me and pulled me in. Noa giggled as he slowly spun us in a circle.
I melted into them both, breathing in that warm baby smell mixed with his cologne.
“Not that I want to ruin this magical moment,” I murmured, “but my boobs are about to explode, so I need this baby.”
He chuckled. “She probably needs a diaper change too. They said there’s a family room by the bathrooms. I’ll come with you.”
He rubbed my back gently as we walked.

The family room was quiet and softly lit. I sat down in the feeding chair and settled Noa in my arms. She latched immediately, happy as ever.
Matt sat on the bench across from me, watching us with this look I couldn’t quite describe.
“I thought you hated weddings,” I said quietly.
“I thought I did too,” he admitted, leaning forward to brush a strand of hair away from my face.
“So what changed?” I smiled. “You seem to be having a lot of fun.”
He hesitated for a second.
“Well… honestly? I just kept thinking that could be us one day.” He swallowed. “And I realized I really want that. With you. I want all of it.”
My heart actually hurt from how sweet he was.
I reached my free hand out to him. “Baby…”
He took it immediately.
“I wouldn’t say no, you know,” I whispered with a small smile.
He leaned in and kissed me gently, careful of Noa between us. Then he kissed me again—longer this time.
