Toss your hunger aside and sink your teeth into comfort Asian dishes with a modern twist. Twirl into my preferred staple- nooooodles; especially as they are handmade an on show at the restaurant. Start with the dry spinach noodles mixed with seafood, light and tasty. Compliment with the egg and spinach tofu, which I always seem to order whenever I visit; every bite is the perfect balance of lightly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, a little bit eggy whilst salty with the soya sauce.
Continue to spice up your appetite with the handmade noodles complimented with prawn and pork wontons - it’s got a serious kick of spice. Add an extra dish if you’re still hungry and want to try something new, such as the black pepper wagyu, which was a little disappointing and ordinary.
