Instructions: Put the ground beef and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl and mix them together. Combine well. Split the seasoned beef mixture into eight equal parts. Make a thin patty out of each piece. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hot dog buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 hot dogs. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Make a thin patty out of each of the four equal amounts of ground beef. Put a slice of cheddar cheese in the middle of each patty, then fold the sides over to cover the cheese. This makes a stuffed burger patty. You can add salt and pepper to the stuffed burger patties. Place a stuffed burger patty around each hot dog, making sure the cheese is inside the whole thing. Use toothpicks to hold the stuffed burger dogs together while they cook.
