There are mad scientists out there fighting to save the dairy industry and they are banking on cheese addictions! The secretive DMI is a government sponsored (your tax dollars fund it) whose job it is to squeeze as much milk, cheese, butter, and yoghurt as it can into food sold at home and abroad. For the past 8 years this group has been the shadowy hand guiding fast-food's dairy hits - a kind of Illuminati of cheese. In 1995 the then brand new group were already hand in glove with Pizza Hut on its Stuffed Crust Pizza, which had cheese sticks baked into the edges.
