At last, I've finally done it!
Here's a live-action movie trailer for my fighter pilot novel (currently in progress) "Check-6: Young Lions."
"Young Lions" serves as a prequel to my original novel "Special Force Fighter Squadron Project Check-6."
Overview: "Young Lions" centers on Kotaro and Kate, two junior officers and pilots serving in the "Black Lions" squadron, an elite aerial unit of the United States Navy that flies F-14 Tomcat jet fighters. In the beginning of the millennium, the pair are deployed to the Persian Gulf to participate in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
1. Justin Nozuka = Lieutenant, Junior Grade (LTJG) Kotaro "Pretty Boy" Tsurugi, US Navy (Japanese-American Navy fighter pilot with a gloomy past and out for redemption from tragic circumstances); Kotaro is somewhat a re-imagination of the character Lieutenant Pete "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise) from the 1986 smash-hit movie "Top Gun."
2. Kristen Stewart = LTJG Kate "9-Lives" Wheeler, USN (Kotaro's navigator and eventual girlfriend); Kate is a pastiche (and junior naval officer version) of civilian tactics representative Charlotte "Charlie" Blackwood (Kelly McGillis) from "Top Gun."
Background Music (BGM): "Rhythm Divine" by Enrique Iglesias (cover version of a recording artist named Cooper Coleman)

Additional note: This trailer is inspired by that of the video game "Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War" as well as "Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War." It is evident of the combination of Spanish Folk and Latin Pop in the music. That, and the 4-plane flying formations in the middle of the trailer (reminiscent of the Osean Air Force "Wardogs"/"Razgriz" squadron in AC5).
The romantic aspect of the trailer is based on the love story in the anime "The Super Dimensional Fortress Macross," of which the central figures are the characters Hikaru Ichijyo/Ichijo (Rick Hunter in the "Robotech" dub) and Misa Hayase (Lisa Hayes in "Robotech").

トレーラーのロマンティックな側面は、アニメ「超時空要塞マクロス」のラブストーリーに基づいています。その中の一人は、一条 輝（「ローボーテック」のリックハンター）と早瀬 未沙(「ローボーテック」のリーサーヘイズ）。
