To say Michael felt awkward knocking on Cora’s door was probably the biggest understatement. He wasn’t the best at socializing in all honesty, his career never really made time for it. But he was trying. So, when Cora opened her door, Michael waved a little bit in greeting. “Hi, um, Daisy bailed on me tonight for some studying stuff, and I already ordered food and stuff, and uh.. I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tonight?” he looked at her hopefully before his eyes widened, “If you’re free, of course. And only if you want to.”
