It's my second save, I made it way back cause I needed a follower randomizer for my God Swap AU. Since technically Narinder should be the lamb, he's white. The traits are hilarious, Maeve is a sturdy dumb gremlin. I was gonna make them jealous and then the trait was added too, it's destiny.

A bit of lore!

Leshy had the coward trait when I got him. He kept running away everytime I would approach him. So I decided to retcon the few happy drawings of him I made for this AU. Leshy is indoctrinated in the cult because Narinder decides that if he can, he's gonna keep the bishops to cook them for information about where are the dead cat. He wants to bring them back. Sweet little Maeve immediately lose their shit at the sight of their sibling and materialize a phantom scythe- turns out they can do that- and it takes Narinder and all the disciples to stop them from slicing their brother. They're enraged beyond reason. And they only stopped because Meran used a chain to parry and block the scythe, the sound of clinking metal breaks the ex God from rage to terror.

While Narinder handles them, the others turn to leshy who's left there on the floor, full size and four arms out ready to dodge again, shaking. That's too much to process at once, and the shock turns his fur and and leaves completely white before he shrinks down back to his normal size and collapses.

So for a long time after his arrival, Leshy avoids all interactions and digs as much as he can. He barely tolerates people around him and is reactive and aggressive. He does not trust Narinder who promises he just want answers and won't be violent. Meran gets a pass, barely. He's the first one to get even a bit of physical with him after gaining his trust. Which Leshy really needs, the touch starvation is severe.

Meran knew when they used their bladed chains that Maeve would lose it, but they had to stop them. As expected, the friendship is destroyed. And it's not gonna get better now that they're tasked to follow the hated sibling instead. But orders are orders and Meran is taking life as it comes.

This game save is determined to give me all the angsty shit I didn't put in my regular AU.

The easiest way to make your characters more fleshed out is to give them interests and hobbies that have zero bearing on the plot. That character who is supposed to be really into engineering? Yeah, they also crochet. That character who meets the strong man archetype? They have a passion for understanding the language of flowers. That damsel in distress princess? She knows a weird amount about the history of coffee.
