✨put on your favorite music or movie or tv show or any thing that you can listen to that will make you happy
✨put two drops of rose oil (for love and beauty) and one drop eucalyptus oil (for clarity and energy) onto a cotton ball and put it in the bottom of the jar
✨crystals: choose a small collection of crystals that attract you most. I chose warmish red/orange/yellows bc they correspond to the root, sacral, and tummy energy centers and those are all about confidence and strength and the lace blue agate for confidence is speaking my love for myself
✨hold ur crystals to ur heart and charge them with your intentions. Imagine feeling exactly as would like to feel. Picture waking up and loving the skin your in, loving the body you inhabit. You are strong and beautiful. Put crystals in jar on cotton ball.
✨it helps me focus on and visualize my intent even more clearly if I create a smol drawing or doodle to include in a spell jar. I charge the drawing while I work on it by meditating on my goal. For this one I did a a tiny watercolor of a beautiful creature along with a sigil meaning “I am beautiful and I love myself.” I folded it and placed it over the crystals.
✨ finally, top with dried roses for gentleness and beauty. Feel how fragile the roses are and focus on the kindness and gentleness you treat them with and promise to do the same for yourself.
✨ I added the sigil to my jar (really a smol flower pot) and then set the spell in a window that receives a lot of sun so that it can charge up with light and goodness ☺️🤗
