-Schlatt gets plenty attention in public from his fans so he’s used to the extra attention of you with your ferrets.

-nothing draws strangers like an adorable animal, especially a small animal in a purse, draws the old ladies and little kids.

-schlatt loves seeing how happy you are when you get to tell people about your babies and all the fancy stuff about them!

-it’s not everyday you see a ferret so people loveeeee when they see you with yours.

-Sometimes you have to deal with kids begging their mothers for a ferret after they see yours and you and schlatt are just side eyeing eachother, not knowing what to say.

-schlatt likes holding one of them when he gets anxious in crowds, danger noodle but with fur ig.

-You don’t put your ferrets in a cage at home, that’s their home lmao, free roam! obviously with limitations ofc.

-Schlatt has definitely bought a harness and leash for your ferrets, he thinks it’s the cutest thing ever.

“We can walk them now!” He would say excitedly after getting the harnesses on them

“schlatt they would get eaten by a dog in a heartbeat..” you say cautiously to him.

“Well.. with that attitude” he laughs back.

-He loves the ferrets though, they are the closest thing he’ll have to children.

-His favorite thing though is when they are in your purse, it’s adorable, you sneak them in anywhere!

-He likes showing them off on his stream too.

Schlatt and you are walking down the street together to just because. You just got off school for Winter break and don't have anything to do for the two weeks a side from spend time with your family and friends, which gets boring after a while. 

A light breeze blows through the already cold enough air in the run-down side of town sending a shiver down your spine. 

Austin has three sides to it. The side where the posh rich people live, the main side where the middle-class people live, and your mothers least favorite, "the creepy side". The creepy side is a little sketchy, but Schlatt and you don't really care being the reckless teenagers you are. 

"Here. I bought you somethin'," Schlatt says digging through his coat pocket. He pulls out two peppermint candy canes, handing one to you. "Oh, thanks. Where'd you get them?" You ask unwrapping yours. 

"The dollar store," Schlatt replies. "Where are we going?" You shrug having not thought that far. "We could go Christmas caroling," Schlatt suggests. "It's only the twenty-third you know, you know?" You remind him. "We won't go home until we get some figgy pudding," Schlatt declares. 

"Wait, have you ever tried figgy pudding?" You ask a trace of amusement in your tone. "No," Schlatt chuckles and adds, "Actually, I think we can pass on the figgy pudding." You nod, popping the candy cane in your mouth.

"What is that brown loaf with the cranberry's on top of it called?" He asks doing the same as you. "That's the figgy pudding," You reply. Schlatt mumbles a little "oh" before bursting into laughter. "I take that back; I want to try the figgy pudding." 

"My mother makes it every Christmas. You can try it if you want," You state. "Eh. If there's any leftovers, bring me a slice." You hum an ok. Just as you turn the corner your phone rings. You stop to read the caller id and Schlatt keeps moving. 

"Hey," You call after him, making him turn around and come back. "It's my mom." He nods as you take the call. After a quick scolding from your mother, you hang up. "I gotta get home before my mother kills me," you say, starting in that direction. "See ya later."

"Wait up! I'mma walk you home," Schlatt calls, linking your arm with his as soon as he catches up. "Ok, fine," you say, "but we gotta hurry." He nods pulling his candy cane out of his mouth. It's now shaped into a sharp point. 

"I going to poke you with this if you don't slow down a bit," Schlatt jokingly threatens. "Do it then." So, he does. "Ow. That hurt more than I thought it would," you say as Schlatt mutters an apology and you slow down a bit.
