Cauldron Cooking Getting the most out of fresh produce and retaining immune boosting nutrients. In this current isolation my son and daughter in-law have been super respectful. Typically I shop for fresh produce almost daily. It’s an indulgence I give myself because we live in a county rich in agricultural products distributed through farmers markets and directly from the farmers and or ranchers. Times are different and call for different behavior. Both my kids, my daughter in-law is my family now too are in the medical field, helping people. Even with taking care of their one year old they think it essential that they do our shopping. Fantastic. That means I get fresh produce twice a week.
