This spooky Halloween popcorn is perfect for your Halloween party or movie night! It's a delicious combination of sweet and salty flavors with a festive touch.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup candy corn. 1/4 cup Halloween-themed sprinkles.
Instructions: Heat the vegetable oil in a big pot over medium heat. Put the popcorn kernels in and place a lid on it. Shake the pot periodically once the kernels begin popping until the popping slows down. Take it off the heat source and allow it to rest for a minute to make sure every kernel has burst. Empty the popcorn kernels into a large bowl before transferring it. Melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and mix just enough to coat every piece. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, distribute the popcorn. The semi-sweet chocolate chips should be melted in 30-second increments in a different microwave-safe bowl until they are smooth. Over the popcorn, pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate. Once the popcorn has been coated in chocolate, scatter candy corn and Halloween-themed sprinkles on top. Give the chocolate fifteen minutes or so to set. Break the popcorn into clusters and serve after it has set. Savor your eerie Halloween dessert!
