July 16: Casualchat Promstuck  an event that was originally created as a joke for the Bostonstuck CasualChat group.  After interest in actually having the event was expressed, it became an actual event.  I am one of the event hosts, so feel free to address any questions to me.  Additionally, if you are planning on coming, it would be lovely if you would let me know because I'm trying to figure out how many people to expect.  The event description is as follows:

***THIS IS NO LONGER A JOKE EVENT*** Come hang out with some CasualChatters on a Tuesday! Meet at the Gazebo.

The event will begin at 3:00 (although I'll probably be there earlier) and will be held at the Gazebo on Boston Common.  The event page can be found here, but I'm pretty sure you can only view it if you are part of the facebook group.  If you are not part of the facebook group, you are still welcome to come and I will be posting all information from the event page here.

  July 21: Second Annual Summer Cosplay Picnic  a summer cosplay picnic that is being hosted by mrsmegurine and coadifer.  Event description is as follows:

The second annual summer cosplay picnic to be held by the Cosplay Shenaniganers Group admins! The date is OFFICIAL. There will be raffles, photoshoots, games, and whatever people might want there to be! So, we look forward to seeing you all there!

The event will be held on Boston Common and will run from 11am until 7pm.  The event page can be found here.

{Ultimate is notorious for that but Brian Wood really likes Quire as a character so as long as he’s writing I’m predicting Quire will be a thing. I think Quire might turn out to be more radical in the Ultimate universe.}

I'm just still pretty let down from the way Uncanny X-Force ended and I don't want to be let down again.

I'll be keeping an eye on Ultimate but I don't think I'll be downloading any until I know Q's been mentioned or is making another appearance.

He's definitely going to be brought back (though from what I hear, Ultimate is notorious for bringing things up and then never touching back on it again.) I just can't seem to fathom a reason for him to pretend to get it, though, and not create a mutant "utopia" or whatever it is they're doing now.
