Rukozal is blond, but has shaved-short hair. He wears appropriate robes for his position as the head of the Temple of Toec- they are black and royal blue, with beautiful weavings that are reminiscent of rivers. He is about 5'11", and weighs about 190lbs. He has blue eyes.

Rukozal has spent most of his life studying the Rotunda, a place that exists between dimensions, as well as the beings who live their and the magic that they use. He has learned to harness this magic, and remains the only mortal capable of truly wielding its power. Moon Magic, as it is called, calls upon the power of Casman, an overbeing who lives in the Rotunda, and with whom Rukozal has earned favor.

Rukozal has not had an easy life. Throughout the last few decades, the Ethites, followers of Toec, have been persecuted by fierce sword-magic-using warriors called the Auxni, who live in a city in the east River Kingdom. The Ethites have therefore lived in refuge for quite some time, many taking shelter behind the walls of the Czolites on the western banks of the sea. Rukozal, however, traveled south to the tribe of Xziuq, where the Absces lived in their canyon homes. There, he studied with their chief, Maniowek, a man who also spent quite a bit of time investigating the beings of the Rotunda. 

Rukozal loves only himself, his god, Toec, his master, Casman, and his disciple, Maniowek. He identifies as asexual, and while he has not taken a vow of chastity, he remains abstinent simply as a side effect of his complete devotion to his studies under Casman.

Rukozal played a large part in the Next Level Canon by helping Raeguno, who hunted the overbeings of the Rotunda, to visit the Rotunda through meditation. The Rotunda cannot physically support human beings, as it doesn't really operate with the same rules as our reality- however, through mental travel, it is possible to experience traveling there and learn about it without ever physically manifesting within its boundaries.

I personally feel connected to Rukozal because he is very lost in his work. However, his work ethic is far stronger than mine, and so I can't say that I'm as dedicated to my projects as he is to his- however, at least physically, I imagine Rukozal and I to be almost identical, except for the fact that he is almost two decades older (Rukozal is about 40 I imagine, and I'm 19 currently).
