What's your drink of choice today?

Its genuinely sad how fast I fall for people and yearn to know them. Hello to you, or those whoever you are that was willing to read this. As I'm putting this all down Its March 30, 2021 and I'm sitting in this coffee shop. 

A coffee shop I come to often, very often, and every time I walk in I always see the same attractive guy that stands behind the register. It’s always the same I come in he takes my order I sit he calls my name I take my coffee and go. Well today was a little different. He had trouble hearing me due to the face masks so we laughed about that and when he asked for my name he followed the question with an apology, saying “I'm sorry I don't remember”. I replied saying “oh, you haven't asked for it yet but its ****”. He then went on to explain that he has heard it before though and has asked for it before saying how he noticed I come here often. 

During that whole moment my brain is losing it and my hand starts to shake pathetically while I swipe my card. 

I proceed to my table and while I’m writing and waiting for my name to be called it never does and instead i see him making his way over to my table and places my coffee down....

My inner Y/n self lost it but i feel gathered now.
