Parents dynamic: Alastor and Rosie are close friends, who do not see themselves as in an actual relationship.

Relationship with parents: Unlike most of the children who appeared and sort out their parents, Eleanor chose to keep their distance and not reveal her relation to the cannibal overlord and Radio Demon. Instead, Eleanor has made a home in cannibal town and set up her own butcher shop, where she sells meat and baked goods. Despite not indulging in cannibalism herself, she doesn't see it as an issue and enjoys the art of butchery of any living thing, and occasionally will join cannibals to hunt for fresh meat, including with her parents and little brother. Both Alastor and Rosie know of her, but not that they are related, though Alastor has a slight suspicion about her. She will occasionally babysit for Rosie, meaning she gets to spend time with her baby brother Elias.

Makes Cannibal jokes despite not being one herself.

Serves both cannibal and animal meat in her butchers, often sources meat, and goes hunting for it personally.

Radiostatic/Radiosilence human/Vampire au

Vox befriended Alastor as a young adult and Alastor found him interesting, so helped get him started with his own business, then disappeared with no warning (for seven? years)

Alastor moves often so he doesn't get found out as a vampire, and so his victims don't get linked to him being in the area. He doesn't usually get attached to humans and likely either forgot about Vox, or just keeps a mild interest in how successful his business got over the years.

Vox on the other hand was VERY attached to Alastor and has been obsessively trying to track down his friend who just upped and disappeared on him. Lots of people died around the time Alastor disappeared, but with no body, he refuses to accept that Alastor was one of them.

After a lot of digging, Vox discovered information on vampires and strongly suspects Alastor of being one, having seen portraits of someone who looks like him from hundreds of years ago. His obsessive search has found evidence Alastor is still alive and hasn't seemed to have aged at all in the years he's been missing.

With it hung up in the closet, he could appreciate the handiwork. Niffty did always take care to make good work. The observation did nothing to quell his current upset, as he slammed the closet door shut soon after.

Pride month had everyone in the ring going on frivolous parades and pulling irritating nonsense. Had Rosie only told him what asexual was because she knew this month was coming?

He shut the blinds and took a seat in his armchair, sinking backwards with his head in his hand. What a headache.

What was it with pride month, anyway? Everyone celebrating putting labels on things that didn't need them.

So what if he didn't care for any of that? It didn't mean anything! Anyone pretending it was abnormal to not want a relationship was just an idiot. There were plenty of people who didn't care for a relationship, and not all of them needed some nonsense label!

He ended his internal rant with a huff.

Why was it such a big deal with anyone, anyway? It didn't need any attention, let alone celebration.

He didn't need this recognition that he did not ask for.

Niffty and Rosie were caught up with the modern trends, yes, but he hadn't expected either of them to assume something like that, to make a decision about his identity on his behalf.

He briefly considered just wearing a pin or something else so that there would be an end to this nonsense, but quickly dismissed it. The only person who had made any sort of fuss so far was Niffty, and that was simply her being overexcited. Surely, nobody else would be doing anything similar.

Having taken the time to run through his thoughts, he finally got up, taking a book from the shelf- that 'why eating people is bad' book Charlie had delivered him some time ago- and put on some music, some pleasant song clicking on as he sat back down to start reading.
