The headache is a sign you're dehydrated. Probably added to the lightheadedness too.

oh shit :(((( what kind of mask are you wearing? May be try a lighter version? It was very hard this summer for us here, but we found masks that allow to breathe

It was definitely dehydration -- we’re not supposed to take the mask off and I didn’t bring a cup with a straw. Definitely going to bring a a cup with one on Monday. I was wearing a light cotton mask but the room as 78C with almost 80% humidity (I took in my temp/barometer to check) before I ever started teaching so the more I exhaled, the more I overheated.
Thanks for all your good thoughts. I don’t know what to do about it since I don’t have any other option than to wear the mask. Maybe a personal fan I could point right at my face ... wish I lived in a Star Trek world where I had my own cooling system/bubble.
