last song I listened to: Stranger Than Earth by Purity Ring. It's from their first album and still really good. They remind me of iiO from the early 2000s (in a good way).

currently watching: s4 of Better Call Saul, s2 of The Empress (one episode left), A Gentleman in Moscow (very good). Also slowly rewatching Elementary on Prime and slowly getting through Cross; Aldis Hodge is a snack in that. also i currently have a lot of time on my hands

sweet/savory/spicy: satvory is really good and so is sweet in moderation.

relationship status: single single single. Which at times isn't so bad, but there are moments where I would like to be around someone I'm not related to.

7. What triggers nostalgia for them, most often? Do they enjoy that feeling?

If Marian sees flowers in the market, sometimes she’ll think of the small garden they had back in Lothering and that makes her a bit sad because Bethany loved the flower garden and she misses Bethany.

Or she’ll find a piece of Carver’s clothing that didn’t get shipped to him after he went to join the Grey Wardens and she’ll smile a little because even though he was a pain in the ass at times, he was still her older brother and she misses him.

15. How do they speak? Is what they say usually thought of on the spot, or do they rehearse it in their mind first?

Marian’s default is sarcastic so depending on who she’s speaking to she needs to either pause before making some crack or just saying what comes to mind. If it’s a friend or one of her crew she’ll just blurt out the response but if it’s the Viscount or someone from the Chantry she’ll take a few beats to form a non-sarcastic response (although in Act 3 that’s difficult to do because she’s so tired of having to solve all of Kirkwall’s problems).

31. Who are they the most glad to have met?

you’re right, that party is going to be a disaster but I am here for the tea afterwards. 

A pivotal moment for my SGA oc, Maxine Wainwright, is when her best friend throughout college and grad school (Daniel Jackson) told her that aliens existed, they’d been working with some for the past eight years, and that there was a means of traveling vast distances across the galaxy.

At first Max thought that Daniel was joking, that this was some way of getting back at her for falling out of contact when she moved the San Francisco, but Daniel laid it all out; all the weird stuff that had happened over the last eight years that no one could really explain, and she saw that he was really telling her the truth.

There was some alcohol involved after that, lol.
