I do not understand why people make polls with an I'm not (target demographic) button and then get upset about too many people using the show results button. Simply don't include the I'm not (target demographic) button if it will be upsetting to see people inevitably click the button that applies to them??? People like clicking buttons you should know this if you are making a poll
when i was younger for some reason i was obsessed with the name ' button ' as a pet name & whenever someone asked me what i would want to name a pet i would just straight up tell them i wanted to name them ' button ' like i literally had no other ideas or inspiration

What's the point of the popcorn button on microwaves? All popcorn I've eaten says not to use it.

Seems a little strange.

IR remotes transmit code in the form of binary light pulses; RF remotes transmit code by embedding the binary data in radio signals. Both types of remotes continuously loop the signal while the button is pressed, meaning that holding down a button will be more likely to work than abruptly cutting the signal on and off by hitting the button over and over.
This could save a lot of frustration in the future.

…does the owner (my ex-girlfriend) of the picture (I took of her 5 years ago, a time, we've been so lucky together) still gets the notification, that someone (yes my dear, it was me. Me thinking of the moment I took this picture of you. If I only knew this time was so precious…) liked the picture? I hope so…

TIL Early Zenith TV remotes changed channels by sound. When you push the button, a small hammer strikes an aluminum rod, triggering a sound above our hearing range that’s picked up by the TV.
