Hey there, my name is Ally and I’m currently an entertainment business masters student at Full Sail University. Over the next twelve months I will be going through extensive training to master my craft. I am a producer and composer specializing in atmospheric electronic and ambient electronic music. I hope to learn how to manage my own brand, and learn to market myself. Through my first week of class, I have already learned so much about myself, like me being my worst enemy and biggest critic. I have always felt that I am not smart or talented enough to pursue business, let alone music. Full Sail has a way of breaking down your mind and reconstructing all your flaws to live a more productive lifestyle, and at first I fought it. I am only now realizing what I need to change about myself, like not letting what others think about me or my work affect me. Let me tell you, its not easy but I think its something we are all capable of. I lived my life with a fixed mindset for the last 20 years, I believed that yes intelligence is something we are born with and that some people are more creative than others. Now I believe that you are what you make, if you work hard for what you want then you get it and that practice does make perfect. YOU CAN change the way you think, especially what you think about yourself. I am very excited to see who I become in the next year, I know that it will bring nothing but great things.
