Medusa Ascendant Rambling
To make female anatomy the problem and blame it on beauty. To turn beauty into a toy of connivence and a weapon when wanted. A curse to the innocent just by breathing in this earthly world. Never safe to navigate the world that she’s alive in… a price on her head to serve the primal need commanding humanity’s evil obsession over the human portal. Medusa was not celebrated for her beauty. She was punished, stalked, attacked, abused and killed because she was just tryna chill while looking like a snack, NATURALLY. And if that is a problem, society is sick. The most vile men envy the ultimate power to bring a soul into the material realm… make it walk inside some human skin. “If I can’t have you, nobody can.” Meanwhile… all she said was NAH. That shoudln’t be a turn on, but lordddddd being born with Medusa on the ascendant makes you a walking red target the size of the elephant in the room even though you haven’t done anything negative to anybody lol. All you’re doing is grocery shopping lol. Or taking a damn walk & nect thing you know a car full of men are driving behind you for blocks on end. This isn’t social media stalking which is common regardless of medusa in the natal chart lets be real. But whats super nuts is the levels people go to while they stalk you online. The investment. The creepy photos. One time i found my neck cropped out of a photo i was in with two other women. Those women were flattered for me and I was afraid. I found my neck on a random dudes IG page. I was barely 21 years old when it happened. A whole stranger. Its the real lofe threats on the street… from some primordial and primal space at the center of their wounds that lunge at us when we’re trying to do the most basic human tasks. The demons in their mind that pop out of their eyes when we show no interest and they become infatuated with the illusion of a perceived “challenge”. There is no challenge BRUH. Its all in their head flying at our face. Anytime. Anywhere. From anyone. And yes its not just from male gendered beings or people born with male anatomy. I wish I didn’t have this placement because the people who see trauma as a badge and dark magic as funny are the types that Medusa intrigues. All around the world is Medusa’s sliced off head being used to protect her abusers during war and battle. Its truly epically pathetic. Cant win a battle without her power huh? Funny how that works. Her head is all over Versailles Palace in france. I couldn’t stop taking photos all over paris every time i saw her. I was seeing me. People claim our usefulness as if its their own. Just to gain from whatever illusion they think is real about us. Im really just breathing and alive. Thats really it. Medusa, Nyx, The Fates/Moirai, Flora (Persephone vibes) and Pluto all conjunct my Ascendant in Sagittarius. Some from the 12th house. Some from the 1st house. Kali on my sun. Sekhmet and Lilith on my IC. One of the three fates Lachesis sits on my midheaven…. Primordial and soul essence mixed into myths from different lands, different cultures… each showcasing sexism and female empowerment from different angles. Withstanding the wrathful ones inside of these earthly societies has been a war of the worlds. By age 20 I felt I had lived at least 100 lives. Nonstop bombardment and demand for my body, essence and beauty to be of use for some male or female urge of another. Danger, abuse or threats accompanied every “No” I ever uttered. At its worst, character assassination was included. And yes, by both/all genders. Future podcast episodes attuned to these goddesses are in the works. Still hashing out the nuances per usuallllll🌬️But for now i just needed to medusa ramble again♥️. The real life experiences are never explored in detail on zee tumblah.
