Ever have one of those days when it feels like no one cares about you and everything you create is utter shit and no one could possibly ever want it or you? Yeah, that's the kind of day I'm having today.
ya'll just ever have a day like
Song is Drop the Pressure by Mylo in case anyone was wondering btw.
constantly caught between “I shouldn’t spend money on food when i have food at home” and “if i don’t buy food i just won’t eat because i can’t get out of bed in time to make breakfast and starving to death isn’t the best way to start the day”
I’m on call this week (Monday close of business to the following Monday start of business) and during the week the phone was pretty quiet; nothing major to deal with. Â
This weekend? I had three calls before I even got home from work on Friday and it hasn’t really slowed down. I did get a couple of hours of sleep last night, but I’ve been working since just before 6am (it’s now noon). I need food and a nap!Â
But the phone is ringing again...Â

Elderly pug : I want to come in. Me : You're right in front of the door. Elderly pug : Where is the warm air that says I can come in? Me : The door opens out; it has for your entire life. I can't open it with you standing there. Elderly pug : *patiently waits for warm air spot which grants entry to the kitchen* Me : *opens door gently to nudge pug and remind her she has to come to the side of the door for it to open* Elderly pug : I want to come in. Me : You're IN THE WAY! Elderly pug : *patiently waits for me to install a sliding door*
Fun stuff: being unwilling/unable to cut your hair short, and yet not being able to handle it long
