When you got tested for did, was it a standardised quizz?
I'm not actually sure. My therapist kinda just made me take a test about how bad my dissociation was. She asked about childhood trauma and stuff like that and eventually came to the conclusion that I don't have DID.
My therapist is cool she can diagnosis stuff which idk if most therapists can.
I can try to ask next time I see her. Please don't be mad at me if this takes awhile :,((
