I was hoping to get this big lug close to getting an ink wash tonight, but I seriously underestimated how long it takes to pick out so much armour! Instead, I'm gonna take the opportunity to giggle at just how zoggin' huge this model is. Just for scale, I lobbed in a few of my favourite paintjobs from this project - and one of the only other models I've ever 'fully painted', a Dark Angel from a few years back. A new month brings another 150 points to my Ork army list, and a pile of Boyz to my painting pile. A sea of green, far as tables are long... One of the benefits of dedicating a table to painting, I can keep my projects out and dip into them as and when I want to! No back breaking stoop to splatter green on a few dozen models, no - I'm sniping out one or two at a time, a few times in a day.
