The Decepticons cloned some of their own, so the clones could contact the source material whenever they have a health concern. Sometimes Soundblaster has to swallow his pride and consult Soundwave on a lingering issue he’s been having, or Sunstorm will occasionally call Starscream to check if the allergic reaction he’s having is an inherited thing or a clone thing. The clones from within the faction have a safety net to fall back on.

The autobot clones among the cons don’t have that safety net. They’re on their own. Some of them have other clone siblings to defer to (Nemesis & Toxitron), but other clones aren’t so lucky. I wanna know about their struggles.

And what would happen in a postwar situation, where they finally have access to that safety net, but WOW is it awkward. Bugbite calling Bumblebee because he’s in the hospital and there are questions he doesn’t have the answer to, Optimus getting called in to assist with T & NP’s health issues, etc.

Feels weird, watching Starscream behave better than Bumblebee...

Starscream is recovering from... abuse. Bumblebee was likely spoilt – not necessarily by you, if course. Your faction has a soft spot for young ones, after all.

OK. I know our factions were polar opposites. It just... hadn't occurred to me that neither were healthy for our younglings until I saw how happy Hot Rod was.

A war is never a healthy environment, Prime. Anyway, it stands to reason that Starscream will become calm once he knows that he is safe and supported. Bumblebee, however, seems... jealous.
