๐จLONG POST WARNING๐จ Iโve never posted about meal prepping, but it happens for me every Sunday (along with everyone else in the freaking world) . I keep my meal preps simple but interesting. The ๐ for someone whoโs super busy like me is to take something you make on the daily, and change it slightly. For breakfast I always have egg with vegetables and potatoes/oats. This week I went with ๐ฅ whites, chopped brussels, and Simply Potato hash browns, (topped with reduced sugar ketchup of course). #ketchupaddict Salads are my best friend for lunch. Iโm constantly searching for new combinations of add-ins to stop me from getting bored. I settled with spinach and romaine ๐ฟ๐ฑwith raw beets, goat ๐ง, grilled ๐, and @bolthousefarms balsamic dressing. GET THOSE #MICROS IN PEOPLE. I always change up my pre/post workout and snacks throughout the week, but for tomorrow we got My a mini blueberry bagel from @wegmans with cookie butter and a random ๐ because I needed more carbs haha! Also, a @squareorganics bar and a @siggisdairy yogurt to snack on which I have quickly become obsessed with (14-17g of protein per cup!) Dinner will be some BBQ marinated chicken breast I found at Walmart, steamed broccoli, and a sweet ๐ฅ (not shown because I cook those on the spot every day) topped with the Mixed ๐ฅ Butter from Trader Joes OMG SO GOOD. After not eating so well for a week while on spring break, I was craving a #bromeal, except slightly tweaked for my massive sweet tooth ๐ .
