The similar route taken by Apple with the logo showing fruit taken with the bite out, Nike’s logo having swoosh, or the latest logo of Amazon’s Smile and orange and red circles in MasterCard.
It is the preliminary that Toyota has redone its logo design since 2009. The new revised look of Toyota by The&Partnership is as a replacement of previous 3D silver visual identity on which Toyota written on red which itself represents the Toyota without calling out its name. Whereas, the latest look of brand design suits better in digital formats, plus The& Partnership has also made a new font type for Toyota to polish the look.
The head of art The&Partnership Dan Beckett, believed that the logic behind redesigning of this logo is not only to bring to new fashion but to make it for the long term. One more thing which he kept in mind while designing the brand identity is to make it simple.
