Tonight's workout was for ME. . I've worked 40 hours at my full time job already this week so I can train for 8 hours tomorrow at my new per diem job. . I'm tired. I'm drained. My brain is fried. 🍳 . On my way home I put on an old playlist and two songs played back to back that had me BAWLING my eyes out. . Right then and there I decided I needed this workout. Just to let it all out. Push my body to relieve the stress. . I'm so happy I did. Now I can eat dinner, shower, and go to bed a little bit more relaxed. . Is my form perfect? Nope. Do I noticed so weaknesses in myself? "But isnt it a bit sad?" He said, swaying his feet. He couldnt look at her face while his showed too many emotions he was uncomfortable of conveying.
"What's sad?"
The sky felt soft tonight. "Everything. Everything is a bit sad."
Silently they sat, both observing their surroundings with different perspectives each. Finally, Vanessa spoke,"But isnt that the beauty of it?"
"If you can see that sad in things then you're living. You're human, you're living and you have a heart that knows how to love very well."
"Who gets sad for things they don't know how to love?"
Wade looked up to meet her eyes for the first time tonight. Her gaze was a pianoforte, not the insturment but the music term that does not exist. Should not exist. It spoke volumes but carresed the scarred body of his tenderly.
The clouds smelled nostalgic. "It's sad to have a loving heart."
Vanessa smiled at Wade's murmur "See? You love that heart as well." Swaying her feet in rhytm with Wade's, they tasted the fragrance of the love radiating from themselves.
