Because I know how many tiny, seemingly unrelated things had to happen in order for me to end up where I am

And I'm grateful that someone cared enough to set up the pieces

Even if I collide with something now and then

I can trust that there's a point to all of it

I mean I'm obviously a candy elemental. I'm pink lemonade!

(Max is sus of her as soon as they meet, so suddenly Lucas is sus. Steve calls them paranoid. Dustin says they might be right. Mike calls him paranoid. Will says Mike isn’t being cautious enough. Nancy says nothing feels off, and Jonathan agrees nothing feels off but that if Will isn’t so sure, then he isn’t either. Then Erica meets her and immediately accuses her of being some sort of commie spy because ‘no teenager is that good at (whatever) unless they’ve been trained in the Red Room or something’; since Dustin is there, his brain begins running and he realizes holy shit... what if she is a bona fide black widow???) 

Something, something, season 2... season 3... pulls a Nat... switches sides...
