Below the text in Badlit contains an old folk invocation/prayer that reads:

Malulutong Mahulayon

Kon kami pagahunoson

Ihatag Mo ang kamatayon

Nga tawhay ug malinawon

Kay sa agak nga mahumpayon

Now reading descriptions of pre-colonial Visayans from the Boxer Codex or the Manila Manuscript.

“The men carry on their heads some very fine multi-colored head-scarfs which they wear as some sort of Turkish turban. They call these in their language purones…” (Purung in Hiligaynon, putong in Tagalog and Pampangan.)

FIRST GENERATION OF TAGALOG PANTHEON

These are my interpretation of the 1st generation of the tagalog pantheons. I based their costuming on the tagalogs in Boxer codex and some costuming in Cordillera which the tagalog pantheons are spreads to. 

Bathala -is the supreme god and creator of earth and man.

Amanikable -god of hunter, in modern depiction he was changed to an ill-tempered god fo sea

Idiyanale -goddess of labor and good deed. She is associated with animal husbandry. She is married to Dimangan

Dimangan -god of good harvest. He is husband of Idiyanale.

Lakapati -goddess of fertility and the most understanding of all gods. She is also the giver of food for the mankind. She was married to Mapulon

Mapulon -god of seasons. When a person is ill, medicinal herbs grow due to his prowess of commanding the seasons, providing men with something to heal themselves with. And he is husband of Lakapati

The first generation of gods are representations of how the pre hispanic tagalogs centers day to day living. 

These are my first draft of my characrter design of the tagalog pantheon and their is more improvement in their design I think.
