This is a terrible photomanip and a very silly idea, but I’m gonna stick to my guns and say THIS should have been in the TF Galactic Odyssey “Botropolis” set and I would have bought it instantly.

What continuity family do the First Transformers (Jet-Kun, Racer-Kun, and Dump-Kun) belong to? What else do you know about them?
Dear Trio Trekker,
You forget that the multiverse contains infinities—and more often than not, Cybertronians are refracted and mirrored across multiple divergent branches of reality. In some realities, they are Go-Bots, who hail from Botropolis and cause trouble on various organic worlds—but over the years I have glimpsed many other incarnations of theirs. In one universe, Jet-Kun, Racer-Kun, and Dump-Kun are young Micromasters, born and raised on the colony world of Micro, and I understand that governor Riker has taken a shine to the three mischievous ‘bots, despite their myriad misadventures. In another, Jet, Racer, and Dump were among the many recruits to Autobot boot camp just before the Great War; unfortunately, they had the bad luck of winding up under the command of Impactor Minor, who saddled them with simple, utilitarian codenames.
I have seen them created in times of prosperity, and times of convalescence: emerging from the Pyramid during the Age of Expansion, selecting alternate modes and occupations of their choosing (courier, athlete, builder), contributing to a peaceful society in the time before the War of the Threefold Spark. Or as part of the first generation of Earth-born Transformers, born in the aftermath of Unicron's destruction, now happily enrolled in Arcee’s classroom in Little Cybertron. Or, thanks to Optimus Prime's sacrifice, arising from the Well of All Sparks on a renewed planet; although they and the other young ‘bots of batch 418 are currently in the care of the Autobot Cameo, Dumper the Loader-Bot, Jetset the Fly-Bot, and Racer the Zoom-Bot might one day become full-fledged Rescue Bot trainees—if they can learn to work with one another first.
Okay, I suppose calling it a rocket base would be a stretch, but Botropolis Ironworks does make a pretty spiffy rocket outpost for Countdown.
I like to think of the modulators as drone mechs to which micromasters can attach themselves to take manual control. Overair gets to join Ironworks as the second dedicated pairing (he also gets to join the space team despite being a jet).
Vector Prime, after Botropolis selected Earth as the planet most in need of their assistance and sent a team of Go-Bots over, the vast majority of the problems this team dealt with were directly caused by other Go-Bots. It seems to me like something sketchy was going on here. Do you know anything about what was going on there?
Dear Botropolis Buddy,
Unfortunately, the Go-Bots of the Yayayayarst cluster tend to be reckless and emotionally immature compared to the robot lifeforms of other realities. As their Botropolis comet-city passes through solar system after solar system, rowdy members of their species frequently visit nearby organic worlds, and—whether deliberately or by accident—wind up causing problems for the natives. After a string of incidents on numerous planets, it seems as though the ruling High Council has deliberately sent a team of experienced Go-Bots to the nearest inhabited planet to build goodwill and prevent any more embarrassing diplomatic setbacks.

Dear Vector Prime, who are the Botropolis high Council and what connection do they have with the 13? If they're not of the 13, then who are the 13 in that universe?
Dear Council Concerned,
The Botropolis High Council were a trine of noble bots, who were chosen to lead the Go-Bots due to their heroic qualities. The three leaders included the noblest in Maximus-Bot, the wisest in Blaster-bot, and the most logical in Prowl-Bot.
They drew on a long lineage of great rescue heroes, which did indeed date back to the original Go-Bots, although this was one of the universes where Gobotron was founded by seven bots, rather than thirteen. We were Airlift Andy, Charlie Chopper, Fire Marshal Mike, Medic Mandy, Policeman Pete, Rescue Roy, and myself, Veterinarian Vic.
