I Sent all my love to boston ! Those effected , America...the whole world ! This world needs some love right now !

More tragic news, as another senseless, cowardly attack on innocent people occurred in Boston today with multiple bombs going off at the Boston Marathon.  Apparently others were found that did not detonate.

There is no message behind these events. Terrorists will try and convince people that there is, but since when has something like this ever made people sit back, rub their chin, and think "hmmmm you know, now that you blew up a bunch of people, you are making a lot more sense."

These are not political or religious spokesmen to be listened to - they are mass murderers.  That's all they are.

One victim was an 8 year old boy, and I'm sure many other children who were injured are facing life long injuries.  Targeting or disregarding a child's life in particular, is beyond cowardly and senseless and gut wrenching.

I wish this could change during my lifetime, but unfortunately I can't see it happening.  Too much hate out there - too much anger. As I have gotten older and had children of my own, these tragedies get harder and harder to comprehend.

The recent attack on Boston is a terrible tragedy. My heart goes out to all victims and their families.

This is exactly what the Idea is against. What was once a normal annual event, will now forever be marked as a day of remorse. The people of the world should not have to live in fear of this. Whoever did this will come to justice, I'm sure of it.

Up until today, I've thought of Boston (foolishly) as some type of secondary metropolis; that was somehow immune to these kinds of attacks. These kinds of things happen in "big" cities. Not my city. My city is beautiful, bustling but inwardly cheerful...safe. The idea of that safety was stolen from all of us Bostonians today.

But you know what? Things that are stolen can be found, and they are ours to take back. We're sad today, and vulnerable. But we're Boston, and if there's any city that's tough, it's ours – it’s us. Hell, we put us with hellish weather for at least half of the year, just for one day in the sun. We can do this.
