Just picked this up and love it. Boot's No. 7 Shine & Tint. It's a buildable tint and lip gloss. Very light feel to it, wear it on its own, with a lip liner, or on top of lipstick. No. 7 line is a Cosmetic line from a famous British Pharmacy, Boots UK. Target has a decent but limited selection of the line. This includes Shine & Tint yeah!! My fave color Posey but love them all. Goes really well over Laura Mercier Rouge Nouveau Weightless Lip Colour
