Boot life for the next four weeks (at least).
Would be in more of a funk if a). I hadn’t already secured a home rowing machine; b) I didn’t enjoy rowing (so far, I like it!); and c). it didn’t provide near immediate relief when I put it on. Oh, but it does.
Of course, a tad awkward, especially when I’m inside and not wearing a shoe on my left foot. And, especially with the storm we just had, I’m cleaning the bottom of the boot every time I come in from outside. A little tedious but it’s (hopefully) going to keep me from a shot of steroid in my tendon. (Which makes my hair stand on end just typing it)
Feeling myself because a Queen’s worth is more than just an outfit ....
It’s the whole damn boot.

Yoooo I survived my 3rd surgery, the pins are finally out!!! So fuckin sore though and they didn't give me any painkillers!! I got extra ones from my second surgery but not enough. Gotta call some of my unregistered nurses haha. So the worst is over, I'm groggy but so happy. Still a few months away till full recovery, but it's on the horizon. No more cast or splints, my foot is free wrapped or in a boot (still can't stand on it). Then i get to wash this ugly bastard in 24hrs. Still looks so so fucking bad visually though. Its so swollen and bruised and just corpsed. Like fuck body, you're super human lets get it together so I can get drunk as fuck with all my peoples, enjoy this summer, and start working out and boxing again so I can be a Warrior.
