But yeah. After living and dying over several reincarnations and slowly realizing he had to accomplish his mission, Oz changed his staff into the cane we all know and used the relic of knowledge. He asked where the other relics were, what powers they had, and most importantly... “How do I destroy Salem?” Jinn says he cannot. That’s.... a major blow to our hopes of a happy ending. But I made the notes I did to that question because of its particular phrasing and Jinn’s answer. He asked how he could destroy her. She cannot tell the future. Maybe the generation of huntresses we know and love are the ones meant to, not him. At the same time, he asked how he could destroy her. Maybe the solution is not her destruction but instead her purification and return from the brink. But she seems pretty damn evil these days so that’s looking less likely... Also, since I don’t have a shot of it here, the incarnation of Oz who had the wife and kids seemed like such a nice guy! And his daughter seemed to have silver eyes... something to think about. This version of Oz? Something about his eyes seem offputting... Might just be me.
