Bobičasti tart *kalup prečnika 28cm sastojci 200g brašna po izboru 3 kašike šećera prstohvat soli 125g maslaca 1 jaje 150ml slatke pavlake 1 kremfiks 300g krem sira 1 kašičica vanila ekstrakta 4 kašike javorovog sirupa ili meda 100g mlevenog badema 1 pakovanje svežih malina, kupina i borovnica Umesiti testo od brašna, šećera, soli, maslaca i jaja, pa oblikovati u lopticu i ostaviti u frižider da se ohladi na sat vremena. U međuvremenu pripremite fil, tako što ćete prvo umutiti slatku pavlaku sa kremfiksom, pa ostaviti po strani. Umutite mikserom krem sir, vanilu i javorov sirup, pa u tu smesu dodajte slatku pavlaku i spatulom sjedinite i ostavite u frižideru da se prohladi. Testo razvijte na masnom papiru sa malo brašna i prebacite u kalup. Izbockajte tart viljuškom i postavite tegiće ili pasulj preko kore, kako se testo ne bi izdizalo u toku pečenja. Pecite do 15 min uz nadgledanje na 200stepeni, dok ne primetite da su se ivice testa odvojile od tarta.
