Pelo has waited for more than A YEAR for someone to find that! But what does it mean??

Like obviously yes it relates to Bob but why a bible passage specifically? Is it related to the cult? Father Gregor? Is it part of a larger ARG like the QR codes, and if so how do we find the next part, if there's even a part to find?

It's the first time to my knowledge Pelo has done something like this with his doodles/art, are we meant to look at other doodles? This man drives me mad I swear

But I personally got a feelin it has to do with Bob's connection to the cult + a potential hint at what kind of cult the cult in Spooky Month is (I mean I always had the feelin it was a religious cult)

I mean in the bible passage Genesis 9:3 I thought the use of the words 'I have given you all things' was super interesting

The cult always references taking/giving everything. Maybe this was the cult offering something to Bob? Maybe his involvement in the cult drove him to cannibalism?
