These fun and colorful ice cream cone cupcakes are a delightful treat for any occasion. They combine the joy of cupcakes with the whimsy of ice cream cones and a blue background for added flair.
Ingredients: 6 ice cream cones. 1 box of cake mix any flavor of your choice. 3 eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup water. 1 cup mini chocolate chips. 1 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1 batch of your favorite frosting. Blue food coloring for background.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Set the ice cream cones on their sides in a muffin tin. Mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water together in a large bowl. Mix until it's smooth. Drops of chocolate and rainbow sprinkles should be mixed into the batter. Put about two thirds of the cupcake batter into each ice cream cone. Bake in an oven that has already been heated for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. Wait until the cupcakes are completely cool. Add food coloring to a different bowl and turn your frosting blue. To make the blue background, frost the cupcakes with the blue frosting. You can decorate it with more sprinkles or other toppings if you want. Have fun with your ice cream cone cupcakes!
