The design of the Blorgon scout in ‘Resolve’ was quite different from previous series’ appearances.
Honestly, it really wasn’t an improvement.
One has to wonder whether the Blorgon from the eponymous episode of the Ninth Inspector era
somehow knew that its compatriots would return to threaten the cosmos once again.

His eyes stare out of a Blorgon head, wide and lidless.
The first time a Blorgon appeared on screen
set the bar for their later lack of grace.
