Teddy Knight absolutely strikes me as the type to trail after his partner like a little duckling. If he isn't listening to Fox or one of his teammates, his default setting is simply… you. Wherever you go, he's usually only a step behind, content just existing in your orbit until you tell him what to do next.

Sometimes it's as subtle as his fingers hooking around the hem of your shirt so he doesn't accidentally lose you in a crowd. Other times, he's lacing your fingers together with such a firm grip that prying him off becomes an impossible task. It's never possessive, at least not intentionally, anyway. It's simply where he feels the safest. If you're moving, he's moving. If you stop, he stops. If someone asks where Teddy is, they don't look for him anymore.

They just look for you.

It gets to the point where people don't even question it. The two of you are practically attached at the hip. If Teddy suddenly isn't hovering nearby, someone will inevitably ask, "Did you tell him to go somewhere?" because otherwise there's no reason he'd willingly be more than a few feet away from you.

I also love the idea that he doesn't even realize he's doing it. If someone points it out, he'd just tilt his head and answer with complete sincerity:

A/n:i'm officially making it a tradition that every time after a newly introduced new gen 11 scores I have to make a post with them with a random prompt cause I already did that with Hugo (and kinda bunny) and I really really love all of the ones we have so far. I could have waited for his volume cover so I could see his color scheme and more of him but at max i'll change his dialogue color and also i just didn't expect him to score so soon

Also i'll change teddy's name to talia

Talia was walking back to her room after a training session, her mind drifting back to you

'I wonder why y/n didn't come to training today, I wanted to see him'

She had asked some people like agi but not even they knew where you were. She wasn't particularly worried as she just assumed you were too tired or busy but a part of her was still disappointed at not being able to talk with her boyfriend

She reached her door and opened it only to see inside....

"Congratulations!"

You standing there smiling brightly at her

"Oh y/n you're here"

"Yep, sorry i couldn't go training but I had something to do"

"I understand, but may I ask why you said congratulations, as far as I remember there's nothing special happening today.... unless..."

Suddenly Talia bowed her head and looked down

"I offer my humblest apologies if I forgot about something important to you, please forgive this worthless woman you have decided to make your girlfriend"

You sweatdroppred a bit and smiled trying to reassure her. You were used to her self deprecating tendencies but it was still jarring to hear her talk about herself like that

"N-no Talia it's nothing like that, please raise your head, in fact i'm celebrating you!"

She did that and looked at you"

"Why would i ever deserve to be celebrated?"

"Didn't you hear? Everyone's talking about it. A few days ago the football federation officially recognized you as a new generation world 11, isn't that amazing?"

"Oh i think I heard the reporters telling me something like that"

"Now you're one of the strongest under 20 players in the world, this definitely deserves celebration!"

"If you say so, I still don't think i deserve any of this but if it makes you happy then I will do it"

"I guess that's better than nothing, anyway, to celebrate it got you a gift"

You pulled out from behind your back...a plushie, more specifically it was a teddy bear dressed in a suit of armor with a small sword in its hand

"This is....."

"I had to go to build a bear to make this but i wanted it to be special for you, i hope you like it"

You held it out to her and Talia grabbed it, she looked at it for a few seconds before handing it back to you, just as you were worried she didn't like it she started speaking

"It is an entirely too adorable and thoughtful gift to give a worthless puppet like me, please bring it back, I don't deserve anything of this caliber as a gift"

"No you're not getting out of this"

You gave her the plushie back

"This is the gift I gave you and you're going to accept it, it's fine if you don't like it, i'll grab you something else, but if you like it then please accept it, you deserve this and way more. You're both an amazing player and girlfriend after all"

She looked at the plushie again and then at you

"Alright, sorry for making you worry, if you truly believe i am deserving of such an amazing gift then I will take it"

"Yay! Finally, i'm glad you liked it"

She hugged the plush close to her chest

"Yes, I definitely do, I will protect little teddy with my life"

"Oh is that how you want to call it?"

"Well it is a teddy bear"

"I like it, i think it's kinda similar to your name, and I kinda modeled it after you too, with your last name and nickname and all"

"That is true thank you for making something so wonderful for me y/n"

She looked up at you and smiled a bit, a bit of a rare sight for her

"I truly appreciate it"

You giggled softly and grabbed her by the hands as she put the plushie on the bed

"Don't mention it, like I said, no matter what you say you're wonderful in everything you do, especially now that you're recognized as a new gen 11"

You kissed each other for a few seconds

"You are such a great boyfriend for someone like me to have"
