because when he first came he had really sharp features

but now he looks too soft next to it ?

is it because he's been around Isagi ?

or is it some symbolism that he's turning into Isagi 2.0

or, because he's trying trying to surpass him he turned into Isagi instead

its just genetics playing put because he's still a teen ! (i know hes 18 but a few studies show people actually have a full frontal lobe by the age of 25 and are considered teens till then)
