地球是我家净滩环保活动 (My Earth My Home Beach Cleanup Campaign at Pantai Bagan Lalang). After yesterday's beach cleanup today woke up in the morning to hamstring muscle soreness on the left leg. Probably due to some hindrance in the blood circulation caused by all the standing, walking and bending to pick up rubbish on the beach. There is one rocky section on the beach which is quite challenging physically. I had to tread carefully and mindfully balanced myself while bending down to pick up the rubbish so as not to fall down or get a foot stuck in a rock crevice. Thanks to my daily morning workout doing one hour of qigong exercise was enough to warm up the strained muscles and normalise the sluggish blood circulation.

YSD (原始点) Therapy. Last night at the YSD BLIA Centre, Mr Ho, a first-time visitor to the centre, complained of stiffness in his neck and pain in his two shoulders due to frozen shoulder condition in addition to tired eyes. He said he had probably injured his neck and shoulders due to the nature of his work. As a volunteer working in a recycle centre, his work requires him to lift and carry heavy loads. As for his tired-eye syndrome, he said he tends to fall asleep after watching the TV even for a short period of time. After I had  completed pressing and rubbing (按推 / antui) the YSD points on his head, ears, neck, upper back and scapular to clear the blockages, he was so pleased with the pain relief that he asked me to take a picture with him for which I happily obliged. He surprised me by sending me this wefie photo the next morning. I told him to return to the centre next Thu for further therapy if the pain in his neck and shoulders recurs.

Lia had been so overwhelmed at her new part time job. She was a barista at the local café, and it was lunch hour, which meant the line was basically out of the door-- Not really, but the amount of people in the small, usually quaint place was insane, and the fact that she had only been working there for a little over a week made the situation a hell of a lot worse. After around ten minutes, the rush was finally over. Lia's blood pressure was still through the roof and her heart was beating fast, as she was still anxious and stressed over the amount of customers she had to deal with. The blonde was shaking. She was finally on her break, and walked into the back room only to find her co-worker, Tyler. He was very nice to her, and he was the one training her, too. They exchanged smiles, before Lia slipped and dropped an iced coffee that she'd been holding, causing it to spill everywhere. On top of that, her bottom, and back, was now in pain. "Shit, I should have told you I just mopped in here!" He cursed at himself, before rushing over to Lia. He took her hands in his, helping her up. Right as she got up, she accidentally bumped into him, their faces centimeters apart, and an embarrassed blush appearing on her face while laughing nervously. Lia looked up at him, about to apologize and pull away immediately, before hearing the door open, and seeing someone she didn't expect.
