𝐡𝐞’𝐬   𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥   𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠   𝐭𝐡𝐞   𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞               stinging   his   brow   when   he   thumps   onto   the   foot   of   her   bed ,      grinning   as   he   finally   views   his   surroundings .      her   room   is   exactly   how   he   imagined   it ,        feminine   and   extremely   well   organised .       nothing   like   his   own ;          chaotic ,    dark ,    bearing   a   stink   not   uncommon   in   a   young   man’s   bedroom .      eddie   had   only   lingered   around   the   corner   of   her   street   before   now ,      keeping   out   of   sight   of   @snowinabottle​’s   mom   and   nosey   neighbours   sure   to   spread   word   of   that   munson   boy   wandering   their   pretty   streets .

    ❝  you’ve   got   a   good   aim ,    pretty . ❞                arm   drops   from   his   brow   to   pick   up   the   lone   sneaker   she’d   thrown   at   him   from   across   the   room ,      it   had   struck   him   directly   where   she   intended   and   had   almost   knocked   him   back   out   the   window   he   half   hung   from.       typical   move ,     he   had   to   try   it   just   once .                      ❝  does   it   look   like   shit ? ❞                when   she   moves   to   stand   between   his   knees ,    eddie’s   hands   instinctively   land   upon   her   hips ,    thumbs   gently   rubbing   circles   over   pyjama   fabric   he’d   noticed   felt   familiar .                         ❝  i’ve   been   looking   everywhere   for   this ! ❞                         it’s   his   shirt ,    one   of   his   favourites .        

her   fingers   are   cooler   than   his ,     so   when   they   brush   untamed   hair   away   from   his   brow   eddie   shudders ,       its   pleasant   and   unleashes   a   quiet   breath   of   air   from   deep   within   still   burning   lungs .       shoulder   sink   when   he   feels   lips   press   against   numb   flesh ,     reduced   to   a   dazed   mess   when   another   linger   over   the   fading   scar   upon   his   brow .                         ❝  that   was   so   fucking   long   ago .      d’you   think   your   mom   remembers   me ? ❞
