Doc using a cane because his knees are completely worn out from collapsing onto them too many times to begin CPR on a fallen soldier or because he was injured in battle.

Doc with severe hand tremors which makes him have to work extra carefully sewing up wounds.

Doc with hearing loss.

Doc with PTSD nightmares.

Doc with fragments of shrapnel still lodged in his body, a constant reminder of who he was and why he's a doctor now when he moves the wrong way during surgery.

I am starting on a Vampires SMP AU following Doc and Owen (with Louis sprinkled in for funsies) that I am quite excited for.

I am calling it Bleeding Heart AU where Owen and Louis are reincarnated but wrong. Owen as a bat and Louis fused with Leg's soul. Chaos ensues as Doc feels strangely protective over this stupid little bat and Owen is arguing with himself over whether he hates or loves this weird doctor man.
