Tango is a blazeborn/blaze hyrbid and therefore he is colorblind, my headcanon and theory:
if you live in an environment [for example, the nether], with a limited color pallete, it makes sense that your eyes would never need to develope the cones necessary to see colors not found in your environment. therefore, I think Tango, and all other blaze and likely any nether mobs, have Tritanopia colorblindness, because with tritanopia you can still see essentially every color you'd naturally find in the nether, such as the reds and pinks and teals, but not the yellows and greens you'd typically only see in the overworld.
