I won these Cookie Dough Blondie Protein Brownies as part of my contest win from @biotrustnutrition! They taste wonderful! Unfortunately they are tough on my digestive system so i ended up giving the entire box to my boyfriend; he enjoyed them! Often taking them for lunch on weekdays or eating one before he plays basketball on Sundays. They give a perfect amount of protein and nutrition for him to have the energy he needs and keep his metabolism going until his next meal. • • I really enjoyed the taste of the one i tried. This is a chronic problem i have with protein snacks; they tend to affect my digestive system. The #BioTrust brand is wonderful in my opinion, I loveeee their protein and prebiotics; I had really been wanting to try these brownies for a long time. I’m kinda sad i had got a whole box that i ended up giving away, but at least i got to try them you know? It was still worth it because my boyfriend loved them! Now, i can buy them for him in the future. I love when things don’t work out for me but they workout for my boyfriend because then it doesn’t feel like a waste. • • I can honestly say these are great tasting (IMHO) and provide all the nutrients to use these as a meal replacement, they are also made with natural ingredients. I didn’t try it warmed up, but i heard they are delicious warmed with a cup of almond milk. I recommend giving them a try, however, if you have GERD or acid reflux issues, i would be cautious.
