Ok but what if Tui named Foeslayer that name so that her ship could be called "Arcticslayer" - which was the actual thing that was borne out of Arctic and Foeslayer getting together?

So I have Thoughts about canon Seawing design. Making a comparison with Biohazardia's wonderful base (because it keeps to canon while giving these dragons BEAUTIFUL anatomy)!
The top is the OG Biohazardia Seawing base with canon scales and markings. The bottom is my edit, with custom unique markings.
I've always thought the neck scales on Seawings were cool, but was always confused as to why they're not repeated anywhere else. They're big, have a unique shape and look fantastic... but so out of place. Why not repeat them all along the body, or at least down the tail? Does it have a reason, like lion's manes? Is that stated anywhere? I just don't understand LOL
And then the markings is more of a personal preference than design nitpick - I think unique characters should have unique markings, but I understand how that may have been lost in translation between writing and art. Glowing markings can have so many different shapes and appearances, and I love to play with those!
So in my edit, I did away with all premade markings, and altered the shoulders, thighs, flanks and tail to have a more cohesive scale/plate pattern. And, of course, the ability to do whatever needs be done with marking patterns. What do you think? Too far from canon? Let me know!
