I made a promo poster for the bindery 🌞✨

I just want to take a moment to thank everyone that has been with me on this journey so far, it’s been a couple of years of hard work and doubt, but your support has kept me going. I would not be here without your comments, questions, curiosity, and patronage. There is so much more to come! I’m excited for what I have in store the next few months and years. Being an artist is hard, especially right now with AI and all the other bs. So thank you for supporting this immigrant owned, queer owned, minority owned bindery ✌️🏽 You are all part of the dream.

Hey friend! One of my favorite steps is sewing the text blocks. There is something meditative about this step. Also picking out which decorative papers I will be using for a book is always an enjoyable step, especially if it's something I special ordered.

Here is a video I made depicting a typical day in the studio for me. Yes, I look kinda feral in it and I’m very addicted to coffee.

Happy Early Spring - Ostara, St. Paddy’s, and all other spring festivities 🌸 Here are some floral sketchbooks I made over the past couple of years. All of these are flowers one would see in early spring.

These were some of my very first books. It’s cool to look back and see how far I’ve come over the past three years. Even with their wonkiness these little books still are some of my favorites. The inside text block was made with some green toned paper that I had lying around.

Every November I travel to Philadelphia and I always visit the boutique stores on 4th street. My favorite one is Walter Pine - They have such a great selection of decorative paper.

In motion - I decided to make an accordion fold for this project.
